add photo to cast credit

@Michelle​ thnx for your quick response. I had been adding various information including cast and photos in the past with no problem but seem to be having issues with this one. Did anything change or how do I check to see if I am a "representative of the individual in some capacity"?

@Michelle​ we are trying to add a photo for one of the cast members so that when you visit the page for Unplugged 2023, you see the head shot along side the cast member name and their role.  But so far no luck.

Michelle just a follow up. If we are trying to add a cast photo to a cast member's listing on our IMDB page, does that cast member need their own page using IMDB Pro for us to link to their photo?  Thnx

@eboy​ thnx for responding. So to confirm, for an actor's head shot to appear on our film page that actor has to have their own IMDB page and they need Pro to set that up?

To confirm, yes, either the cast member themselves or one of their representatives (ie. agent, family member, manager, etc.) will need an active IMDbPro membership and will need to claim their page to upload their images to the site.
