Add Photo Section disappeared and problem with "contribute.imdb.com refused to connect."
I'm experiencing issues uploading posters for two titles.
When attempting to upload a poster for this title (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt31869489/ ), I receive the error message "contribute.imdb.com refused to connect." This is not an adult title, so there shouldn't be any restrictions on uploading photos.
For this title (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt31886947/), the entire Photo Section disappeared, making it impossible to upload a poster. Again, this title is also not an adult title, so there shouldn't be any restrictions on uploading photos.
Does anyone know how to resolve these issues? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@arcat These titles only have a production status of “Announced” so you will need a paid IMDbPro subscription in order to add photos/posters when no others are present. Alternatively, if you are attached to the production company, you may apply for a free IMDb Scorecard account as described at https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/industry-professional/imdb-title-scorecard/GR6ELNEMQZADBQ2B
If posters are available then perhaps the status should be further along than simply “Announced”? Once the status has been updated to a later stage, photos/posters can be added via https://www.imdb.com/title/tt31869489/mediaindex/ and https://www.imdb.com/title/tt31886947/mediaindex/
