Add Image pop up on right side of browser is blank - Can't upload Primary Image

Hey there, I recently subscribed to IMDbPro and I'm trying to edit my page. When I try to add a primary image, there is a pop up that comes up on the right side of my screen, it displays a spinning "loading" icon, then goes blank.

I have attempted on multiple browsers (Firefox and Microsoft Edge) with the same result - even after clearing my cookies and cache.
