"Add a review" in serious need of an update.

To my knowledge, the side panel style to the "Add a review" has been the same for many years when the rest of the page has changed. And it feels dated.
So my suggestion is to make it more convenient and user friendly.

- Place it on the top of the "User reviews" page.
- Make it possible to save drafts without submitting.
- After submitting, make the review "sticky" at the top of the page and always visible to the user and include reactions.
