Add a poster

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to add a poster for a short film I"am distributing for a a few days now and it keeps being declined (It worked for all my other films).

On the contribution history page, it says that "Your contribution has been declined.We did not capture a specific reason during processing." Can someone please help me with that?
