Actual job titles should appear below our names, not arbitrary department headings

There's no reason why we can't have our actual titles up under our names, especially when we're paying.

Department names are vague and often arbitrary.

My primary job title has been categorized under "Camera and Electrical Department".  That's not very accurate and that's a very wide category.

I'd really like people to see my actual title, I'm sure others must feel the same.
