Actor's name missing from "A Man Called Otto"?

I thought I recognised the guy from The Lincoln Lawyer, but couldn't find his character (in A Man Called Otto's info). Found his name in The Lincoln Lawyer's info (i.e., I was s missing from the top cast (in the A Man Called Otto info) !
