Actor listed twice in database

I personally knew an actor and knew two movies he was in. I looked up those movies and found the same person, but listed under seperate names https://www.imdb.com/name/nm2750953/?ref_=tt_cl_i_4 https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1467284/?ref_=ttfc_fc_cl_t23 The first one gives more information. It also gives his prefered name (Danny) where the second lists the name Dan. Is there a way to link the movie listed in the second link to the actor in the first link and delete the second link?
