Actor credit keeps getting rejected

I'm trying to add Kristin Bauer's credit for the Star Trek: Deep Space 9 episode "If Wishes Were Horses" https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0708551/.

Kristin is listed on Memory Alpha for this episode, which tracks all canon Star Trek material. I provided that link, which shows an image of her in the episode. I also linked to a profile of her on Women of Trek that mentions this appearance.

IMDB keeps rejecting it anyway. What gives? What else are they looking for?
