Hi gregallanmartin-

In order for our staff to review, can you post the 18-digit submission reference number for this contribution?

Cheers!

@gregallanmartin- Thank you for posting it! Further reviewing, the reason why it was rejected is because episodic credits must be submitted to the respective episodes and not the parent (main) series page as per our guidelines.

You are welcome to resubmit this credit to the respective episode you worked/appeared on. If the episode is not yet listed, you can go ahead and add it first.

For further detailed information on how to add episodic credit(s), you can review our following Help Guide, look under quesiton #4.

Thank you for your help. I'm not exactly sure how to go about this. The episode is listed under the main page for NCIS:Origins, but it does not list any individual episodes for the show when I try to add a credit to my page. I did try to submit under "Add Cast" on the main NCIS:Origins page, maybe that will help, if it is approved.

@gregallanmartin-  You're welcome!

Once you go to the main series page, on the contribution form, you will see the 'Episodes' section next to 'Name.' This is where you will select the episode.

You can see further detailed instructions on the Help Guide linked above.

Thanks again. Sorry, I'm really not trying to be dense here. Let me try to be clearer, though, on what I have tried to do so far. First, I went to my page, tried to add one credit, but for NCIS:Origins, only the main show is listed, not any episodes. So my submission was rejected because it was not submitted to an individual episode. Trying to follow your instructions, and the instructions in the Help guide, I went to the main page of NCIS:Origins, went to episode 2.9 (which is not scheduled to air until February), and went to Cast, and to "Add Cast," and added my name and the character name, and hit Submit. I am not clear as to what else to do at this point. Thank you for your patience.

@gregallanmartin- If you already submitted this credit to episode #2.9, you did it correctly.

Now, you will have to wait until your submission is process.

Hi Maya, I hope your holidays were great. The NCIS:Origins credit finally went through -- for the longest time the system would not let me upload evidence in the way of a call sheet, but finally I was able to do so. My only question now is that it now says "Uncredited" next to the credit. Is that because the show has not aired yet? Thanks so much! Greg

@gregallanmartin- Hi! Thank you, likewise!

The 'uncredit' attritube is used when the person didn't receive an on-screen credit (main or end title credits).

Further information can e found on this Help Guide.

If you are receving an on-screen credit, you can submit a correct through the contribution form on the specific episode title page.

Well, it was a guest star role, so it will definitely be credited, I assume in the opening credits, when it airs
