Absence of Photo Corrections in Contributor Zone History

How come the edits, corrections, additions, etc., that I submit by tagging names in photos, adding, correcting a mistaken actor tag, etc., do not appear in my Contributor Zone History?

All of the trivia, birthdays, release dates, marriages, deaths, keywords, awards, and so forth, obviously appear there. But there's no simple and easy way to track the submissions I've made to the photos for some reason, and I'm baffled. It even looks the same upon pending #241021-130141-487202, but it's nowhere on the same list.

So if someone could provide some clarity, and/or an admin could look into that glitch perhaps and fix that, please? Either/or, just some answers would be great. Thank you in advance!
