Well, for every particular contribution, the specific identities of the people responsible for submitting it is not publicly disclosed, unless the corresponding contributors reveal it in some way. Apart from that, many functional studio organizations, not necessarily most, are well aware that the information found on IMDb is crowd sourced, with all manners of people in the crowd, including audiences and industry professionals. Your, my and our contributions are mostly to help the IMDb company, and by extension, also fans, hobbyists, researchers, connoisseurs, archivists, historians, journalists, scholars and philosophers, along with performers themselves who maybe haven't given much thought to the way they or their works are represented in/on IMDb, if they're even aware of the existence of IMDb.
