A List Celebrity Casting Submission Keeps being Declined

Hey ya'll.

Ive done a number of music videos and small fashion films that I'm putting up as they have big name celebrities in them and two of the films have had no problem going up (ie have uploaded the same types and amount of information for all of them with no problem). The third though keeps being declined even though I have provided ample information (links, articles, etc specifically naming this individual) also the entire fashion film is about this one person and they are both highly recognizable and identifiable but the submission of this individual as the main cast member keeps being declined saying they "cannot verify" the information.

This person is an A list celebrity and the piece is very well known and recognizable. I've re-submitted through the normal process but its been declined three times now. The film itself was approved and all crew was approved haha but the main actor whos face is plastered all over the video is "not able to be verified".

Hoping that someone directly from IMDB will see this and reach out to help rectify the situation as there doesn't seem to be a direct line/email for me to reach out to customer support etc. (Although in lieu of not getting an imdb employee to respond, if anyone has a direct line I can reach out to them about this issue, that would be appreciated as well.)
