A film is included but not included at the same time.

This short film Exit is directed by David King (LIII) (as it is in the IMDb data).

This film won the Best Director Award in The Hell Chess Film Festival 2016

but when we try to update this fact the system says "The title 'Exit' is not currently in the database"

what is really strange because it is really in the database as you can see: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7222600/

Anyone can help, because this is a technical problem which prevents this film to show all the Prizes it won.

Pablo: I believe the problem is only that the title Exit, by itself, is too common to be able to identify the specific film you are talking about.

When you submit the award listing, I recommend entering the title in its full IMDb format instead:

Exit (2016/VII)

It would also work just as well to enter the film's title constant instead:

tt7222600

which will automatically be converted to the formatted title when you check "Re-check these updates".

Since there were at least seven different films titled "Exit" from 2016 alone, the formatted title or title constant should be used to identify the one you want.

I hope this helps. Good luck!

Thanks for your valuable tips. Finally the system located the film title and the edition proposal has been made.

It helped.
