a few links to be added / corrected

Hello,

An existing link to TUBI isn't opening on the correct title. Here's the title: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5282562/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_8

here's the existing link: https://tubitv.com/ It just goes to the website. The correct link is: https://tubitv.com/movies/564063/lift?start=true

Also wanted to add another link. Fandangonow.com Here's the link for the same title but on a different platform: https://www.fandangonow.com/details/movie/lift-2020/MMV63188E75C20F33052FFC94675AF633730?fbclid=IwAR1PofvAawohS7LrUR7mueTfP-iwIO03ZPOJWf-3CIUoqZmGRCmNmhdpMdU

The IMDb staff is most likely not ready to provide any more feedback on this matter just yet, otherwise Michelle would've posted a followup message at/on /conversations/data-issues-policy-discussions/a-few-links-to-be-added-corrected/605ef3252b93b131e92b25b6.

thank you @jeorj_euler someone replied that I could fix it myself, but I don't think that's the case.

Right, that particular contributor made a false assumption and is mistaken in this instance. While he is very experienced in niche areas of contribution to IMDb, he is apparently new to providing advice to fellow contributors or prospective contributors.

I should further add that usually when I provide advice to other contributors, given adequate details, I try to reproduce their experience with the site, but of course that is only possible with enough information, otherwise an abstract formulaic response must be given, or worse yet, speculation or referral to the IMDb staff.

I don't know that IMDb can accommodate sourcing the specific URLs to movies available for streaming on Tubi just yet. Thus far, for Tubi, IMDb's system only detects and indicates whether or not a movie is available for streaming through Tubi, providing a hyperlink only to Tubi's root path. There may some other streaming services in the same situation concerning watch options hyperlinks found throughout IMDb.

I'm not sure about FandangoNow. It has been my suspicion that these various streaming services are responsible for providing the API to be used by IMDb.

Hi All -

I'm just following up here to confirm that unfortunately, some of these streaming platforms are not catalog integrated (such as Fandango) so these streaming links will only redirect to the platform homepage and cannot redirect to the catalogued streaming title on that platform.

There's a longstanding request to support multiple launch links, hopefully coming later this year.

Cheers!
