A few declines

Hello, I need help with a few declines/problems.

First off, I was watching home media of 'Freaks and Geeks' and noticed a few credits for an uncredited background actor not marked as such, a few others in that category also, I added the uncredited attribute to all such credits.

Problem with one actor there is a few were declined as 'unable to verify', I'd normally just resubmit with evidence but as the 'add evidence' doesn't work for me (hasn't for weeks) and as it'd require a ton of screenshots for each episode, timestamped links to streaming would be better but I cannot find the series to stream anywhere, so is it possible to take my word as an longtime reliable contributor that this actor is not credited on a single episode?

I had a image where two name tags were declined twice after the image got hung up pending briefly, now it seems tags are blocked despite no issues on any other image.

Had an image declined as a 'customized image' when it is a straight screen shot of a drones camera feed, the images added either side of it were of the drone and its pilot, the same image can be seen on a screen in the 59th image in the gallery and the timestamp for the image if needed info is 24m43s.
