A director/writer name was added to my film that doesn't belong. I've attempted to have him removed several times.

I have a film with a popular title. A film with the same English title is being lumped into my film that needs urgent attention. I am a first time Black woman director and writer. My film is an Afrofuturism comedy/drama that you show as being co-directed by a white man from the Netherlands. I'm starting to submit my films to festivals and would appreciate this being corrected before you confuse our supporters. 

I've submitted my end credits that show that I am the sole writer/director. My requests are being ignored.
