I support these changes.

Your second entry (Washington D.C.) is on my list here, which has literally been pending for months. (When will IMDb have better staff capacity?)

Your first entry (Nazis) was on my private list for future postings. I will remove it from my list now that you have posted it.

Hi Adrian -

Thanks for reporting, these Keyword updates have now been made and the changes should be live on the site shortly.

Cheers!

I think that all contributors need to now:

Is @keyword_expert an IMDb employee?  You seem to dismiss many suggestions from other contributors, while favoring almost all suggestion he/she makes.

IF he/she is a self-annointed "expert," there are a lot of other contributors who should be designated "expert" in their areas of "expertise."  james-bond-expert?  b-western-expert. star-trek-expert?  star-wars-expert?  death-dates-expert?  special-effects-expert? etc., etc., etc.

Where, oh, where, is objectivity?

Perhaps "phil-boroff-expert" would be in order?

Hi @bradley_kent -

Thanks for sharing your feedback.  I can assure you that our staff do approach requests objectively and we do our best to communicate the reasons why we may disagree with a keyword request.

We also do not designate any community member as an "expert" - though we find that many prolific contributors do have expertise in the areas that most interest them and we value their opinions and feedback.
