"500 ERROR" message when trying to access Scorecard. Please help!

I sent a message to IMDb regarding the error when trying to access Scorecard page after logging to IMDb Pro. I received the following reply, "I have launched Scorecard access to the requested companies for your IMDb user account. Be sure that you are logged into your IMDb account associated with xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com then go to your Scorecard Page (http://www.imdb.com/scorecard/) to access your companies and titles."

I followed the instructions but the exact same error message displayed. Has anyone experienced this problem? Why is it so difficult to get into Scorecard?
