Two submitted corrections were declined, but I don't understand based on the reasons given.

1. Before: When Bill is being chased, the dog is running next to him in the last couple of shots. Revealing mistake

After: When Bill is being chased, the dog is running next to him in the last couple of shots. 
A dog can run faster than a boy, so it is able to catch up. Incorrectly regarded as goof

 - "Your contribution did not meet our formatting standards." - The correction added simple sentence of fact. What formatting should have been included?

2. Before: Dawn would have needed to lie down to give birth to the baby; she could not just have it standing up. Factual Mistake

After: Dawn would have needed to lie down to give birth to the baby; she could not just have it standing up.

Many women give birth standing up. Incorrectly regarded as goof

 - "Does not meet contribution guidelines. Your contribution has been declined." - Again, the correction was an added sentence that states a fact. How does it not meet the guidelines?
