A "Factual Mistake" Goof item expressed the submitter's opinion (i.e., not a fact), and I submitted a correction with explanation of why it should be Incorrectly regarded as goof. The reason given for declining was "Does not meet contribution guidelines." However, per IMDb Guidelines, personal opinions are Unacceptable Goofs, and there is nothing under Factual errors in Section C of the Goof Guidelines that justify declining the submission. My question is how did the submission not meet contribution guidelines?
