Reviewing the actor's bio info, I noticed one movie cited did not have a hyperlink as all the others did. I edited the bio to add the link. IMDb rejected the correction with the statement "Reason Other - Your contribution has been declined. We did not capture a specific reason during processing."

Obviously, the "specific reason" was as specified immediately above the reason given for declining the submission: "Your Comment - Adding/correcting link(s)"
