Hello. Just wanted to check on the status of contribution #250110-123132-960000 going live. It had been approved on January 10th but hadn’t noticed it was on the site yet. Thanks!

Hi @Danielraber, Please refer to the FAQ in our Help guide for adding filmography credits: The credit shows as approved but it's not on the pageAll credits on the page are 'uncredited' - Our display logic requires at least one fully credited listing on a name page before anything will show. This means if a page has only uncredited listings it will appear empty, even if your addition has been approved. Once a fully credited position is added to the page, all (uncredited) data will also appear. You can learn more about "uncredited" in our article What does uncredited mean?I hope this helps!

@Ozzy got it. So basically because the only item attached to the name is uncredited it will not show with that respective name or listed as cast on the movie page unless the individual has a fully credited role in something else? Is that accurate? if that is accurate if there are clean screen grabs from the movie later showing the person in the still uncredited role would that change anything in regards to being listed on the cast page of a movie etc? Or does none of that matter unless the person gets a credited role in something else or credited in that actual movie regardless of the screen grabs?

Hi @Danielraber, That is correct. The only way this would change is if the credit you have submitted above was in fact a credited performance, and your name appeared on-screen in the end credits. For more information on credited vs. uncredited filmography credits, please refer to our Help guide. Thanks!
