Thanks to Fran most items were handled but one item (the deletion) is still not handled. I already explained in explanation box the reason and also evidence link was provided to support it. Fran asked for clarification but if they clicked the evidence link they would see the correct title and realize why it can't be corrected, so wouldn't need to ask what is the correct title because it was in the evidence link provided already. Anyway can this be done finally?
