#211008-110426-198000 and #211008-104910-759000

Contribution #211008-110426-198000 is quite basically an accidental identical duplicate of an already fully approved #211008-110416-558000. It probably will be declined anyhow, but I felt like warning here migh be of use. 

As for #211008-104910-759000 it is a bit trickier situation. Essentialy I have submitted a merge of two names after research confirmed that those are the same person. However, upon closer inspection it turned out that I've accidentally reversed what should be the main name, as Jay Ryan is much more in use. If it is possible to decline this contribution right away in order to submit a correct merger that would be great.
