IMDB has one listing for “Mary Ann CHIN” and another for “Mary Ann CHINN.”
Mary Ann Chin’s only movie credits were for “Don’t Go in the House,” where she had an onscreen role as “Woman in Street” and also received a “special thanks” credit.
Here is a link to a June 25, 1980 article about the making of “Don’t Go in the House”: https://www.newspapers.com/image/147703978/?terms=%22mary%20ann%20chin%22&match=1
Also attached is a scan of the first few paragraphs of that article, stating that Mary Ann Chin was a fourth-grade teacher whose involvement with the movie came when the producers knocked on her door to ask if they could use her house in the movie.
All of the other credits, for both entries, belong to Mary Ann Chinn.
