Thanks for posting the obituary article with additional information. However, in order to update the credit we will need to see exactly how "David Gluck" was credited on-screen on the film to verify.

Do you have a screen grab available of the character name as credited on-screen?

@Michelle “Pink Flamingos” lists the entire cast during the opening credits, but not the characters played. There are no end credits at all.

Even so, many of the character names have been identified and added to IMDB. In David Gluck’s obituary (above), his role is described. A less “explicit” way to credit his role on IMDB could be “Birthday Party Entertainer” or “Performer at Party.”
