How do I go about merging my two pages that are both me?

'Add another image' link not working
For at least 24 hours now, the Add Another Image link is not working. I can add a single image but when clicking on the link to add another image nothing happens. It's happening for all programs.

Update age ratings
Hi I realize amazon 16+ is a distinct rating now, it is not similar to TV-MA on television (TV-14 has been merged with 13+). This is why there should be a distinct "16+" ratings for show.
