Use an Existing Empty Person Page or Make a New One?
I was adding a credit for a new person and saw there was already an existing profile with the same name. There is the possibility it could have been created for them since it's a pretty uncommon name but I have no way of knowing if that's the case or not because the preexisting profile is completely
