Sound w no picture on tv. No prompts found under applications tab to update imdb via firestick. Restarted device, forced stop & cleared cache. Please advise. Thanks

The type of font (times?) , size, and color (yellow) make it very difficult to read. Arial, and white or black are much easier. Stops me from using your site. It appears to generally be same across streams.

when I try to connect to IMDB TV on my Amazon firestick I get error code ITV-2002. I have tried resetting my modem, my VPN on and off, and unplugging my firestick and restarting it. can anyone help me with this?

Who do I complain to about the commercials repeating back to back (exact same commercial) and sometimes even back to back to back? It is SO IRRITATING to have to sit through the same commercial 8-10 times during the same episode, then the exact same commercial 8-10 times more during the next episode
