Thank you IMDB Pro

Just wanted to thank the account services at IMDB pro for refunding a years worth of subscription costs which had been charged without my knowledge. I'd signed up to a free trial and forgotten to cancel, so was completely my fault, but when I wrote to ask for a refund (didn't expect one) they replied within a few minutes and refunded in a couple of days even though it was against their policy.

Excellent customer service and really appreciate the understanding shown. Thanks again and will certainly keep using IMDB.
