Refund for annual subscription

Hello. I tried the 30-day trial of IMDb Pro and tried to cancel many times before the trial expired but a message appeared that I could not delete my account. I realised the site registered me as a singer/actress also called Majo Aguilar and maybe that was the reason I cound't delete my IMDb account nor cancell it. I was charge the annual subscription for IMDb pro without being told the amount and when the charge was being made. I never received any email regarding the money being charged. I would like to get help to get a refund of the payement.
