Refund for a 1 Yr Subscription without notification of when the trial ends.

Hi, I signed up for a trial period as I thought this is like Netflix where you can watch movies but I am wrong. Today, they credited a huge amount, a total of 8k+ on my account without emailing me that the trial period ends. This is not right as I always get notifications for all subscriptions I've made so I can know whether to continue or not, but not with IMBD. Please I need that money back, it's huge money and we badly need it.
