Re-activating IMDbPro membership. Error due to Amazon accounts
I received an email for a free month of IMDb pro. When I clicked on the link and proceeded to logging in to IMDb pro, it States that my account has expired and to log in in using Amazon account. When putting in my username and password for Amazon, It says that my IMDb is linked to a different Amazon account And gives me the option to reset my password. I followed the instructions and the process repeats again and it seems seems that I'm stuck in a loop. Is this an Amazon issue or and IMDb issue? Please help!
P.S. I tried the IMDB support that's available 7 days a week but the link is 404 broken.
