problem handling video file

I have been trying to upload my demo reel to IMDB for 3 days. I have switched locations in case it was a connection problem, my movie is a Quicktime movie, and it is under the GB maximum. I dont know what else to do need some help! It gets all the way downloaded but then the processing is what gets screwed up.

Thanks!

Getting the "There was a problem handling your video file. We recommend you delete this video and try your upload again."

Hello @izabeldorst,

When having trouble uploading your demo reel, please make sure to consider the following:

- You are on a stable internet connection or uploading via wired connection
- All the required fields are filled out upon upload
- The computer does not go to sleep during upload
- Your browser is up-to-date, running the latest version

Also, to ensure the video you're uploading fits within our video requirements:
File Size: Up to 10 GB
Quality: From standard to full HD 1080p
File Format: Most major formats such as WMV, AVI, and Quicktime

IMDb does not support ProRes file formats at this time. IMDb accepts most major codecs, but we recommend H.264 for optimal results.

Please let us know if we can offer any further help.
