Pro Membership Coupon malfunction

I really appreciate my refund from cancelation of my Pro membership: My main issue had not been addressed. I had a free month promo code sent to me via email. Although I submitted it on time it didn't function and charged me. I have been refunded - which I appreciate, but I would like my "free Pro month" re-activated please because that is what I had a summer promo code for. I can provide email evidence of the promo code sent to me. Thank you.
