Need $149.99 refunded PLEASE.

I honestly thought I had cancelled this subscription before the trial period ended. I did not even end up using this account. I have sent a note to the Help Desk but I need to underscore the urgency by posting here as well, because I can't tell if my message was received.

Overall, it seemed extremely random and unfair to be charged this large sum for a service I did not use. I hope the folks at IMDb Pro are professional enough to attend to this quickly and help me resolve the issue.
