I am an IMDb member and trying to join IMDb Pro but I keep having this problem.

I have an amazon prime account and also an IMDb account. I enrolled with IMDb with an old Amazon account in which I forgot the password. Now when I try to join IMDb Pro it gets this message.  "There was a problem The IMDb account you provided is already connected to another Amazon account.
