It has been almost over a week since I tried to claim my page "Jazmyn Hanks" known for Curse of The Weredeer. Why is this process taking so long? I have IMDB Pro. My PRO username is Daisyxjay... IS it because the names don't match?

@Taylor Thanks! Taylor. I have received the email and uploaded my state issued ID. I tried to upload a birth certificate as back up to prove my last name is my maiden name that I'm using as my talent name and not the last name on my ID.

Will my ID not showing "Hanks" as a last name pose a problem?
