IMDbPro track feature

This was something I would like to use, after getting IMDbPro for being top contributor, wanted to try it, tracked someone before adding some credits for them. Then added some credits and titles for them but I'm not seeing anything on Notifications inbox. Is there a problem with it? Everything is ticked for "Notification preferences"

IMDbPro Track allows you to get notifications when people or titles you track are in the news or updated.

Could you mention the the individual you are following and what type of information have you chosen to track?

Additionally, could you confirm the credit you submitted already live on the site? Have you tracked it before or after submitting this credit?

Here's an example of the information I'm tracking on someone else's page:

@Elliot Thanks for the reply. Yes, credits are live and I tracked it before adding them. All of these options are ticked. I'm mainly interested in "Filmography updates".

I tracked her: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1089569/

And added this HBO show she produced, wrote and starred which was placed second in her Known For titles: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt17013424/

But no activity on my Notification inbox.

Hi @mbmb - thanks for confirming. Yeah, after checking up with the tech team, we do not send notifications when names are being attached to a released TV series if that name appears on an episode that aired more than one year ago. That is the case here, thus the reason for the lack of a notification.

However, should you come across with another situation, feel free to let us know!!
