IMDb Pro Refund request

Hello. I just got billed 155 Euros for an annual Pro account but I haven't been reminded of it at all, which IMDb should do by default. I can't afford this at the moment and I need to cancel and get a refund. It was billed on September 6th but I only saw it now on my bank statement.
Can I please get a refund and have my membership cancelled?

@Vic Hi Vic. Handled is a bit misleading. I was simply told that a refund cannot be made because I was active on the website.
This refund is extremely important and it will harm me because at the moment I can't afford it.
The website IMDb doesn't warn you when the annual subscription is about to get renewed, which is pretty shady. I got billed very recently for an ANNUAL subscription. I don't see why not imdb a=cannot refund me. Not holds it from it.
About two years ago I had the same problem with Mubi.com, which refunded me right away without any problems.

Being active, visiting IMDb doesn't necessarily mean that I want to pat another full year of subscription and I was expecting to be warned before cancelling.
So no, it wasn't handled in any way, at least from my part.
