I am not able to login to IMDB Pro even after my card has been charged after my free trial period.

I subscribed for free trial and after one month my card was charged and since then I am not able to login to Pro - account. it keeps sending me back to a same page saying"start a free Trial" and asks me to choose payment method. And then it wants me to keep repeating same steps (add card Info and select payment options) which I did earlier. I have send many request forms to customer support. there is no solution from there side. Its been more than 3 months. I can't access the account ever after I have paid money!
