How to report iOS App Software BUGS

I have been mailing back and forth - and tweeting - IMDB-PRO to report a software BUG, the picture import from photos in iPhone gets the wrong orientation of the pictures, completely random but reproducible for each picture, in fact, I can't load them from the native app.

"Support" continues to ignore the software BUG, says it's a SUGGESTION that needs to be upvoted before being fixed.

I might be a newbie here, but I had 4 prior decades of software development and a BUG is a BUG is a Bug, you thank the reporter, and fix it.

Or at least acknowledge it's a bug, apologise for the bug, and put it in some sort of queue.  Treating BUGS and enhancement requests is weird.

Treating BUGS "as" enhancement requests, is weird.

Hi @GeorgeChiesa

It sounds like the images you are uploading may be in a different file format other than JPEG. Sometimes when image formats have to be converted, the image orientation info is not preserved.

To ensure the orientation information is properly saved on our end, I would recommend uploading a JPEG image file.
