Have an IMDB Pro account - can't access pro features

I have an IMDB Pro Account but can't access the features. My account section confirms that I'm paid until next February but every time I attempt to use a Pro feature it sends me to a page to sign up for Pro. 

This is ridiculous. I paid my $140.

I am sorry you are having difficulties with the Pro features.

 

Yes, you are right, you have the IMDbPro membership active and paid.

 

Therefore, I would like to suggest you to try again using the correct credentials. Remember that the email address for your Sprinklr account is the same as the one for your IMDbPro membership.

I just created my Sprinkler account this afternoon so it's not clear how they could be the same. What I don't understand is when I use the IMDPro credentials I've always used and go into my account and it says I'm paid and active and then on the same page not be able to access the credentials?

@DavidMJ​ It doesn't matter if you created the Sprinklr account after your IMDbPro membership. It is just an email, you can use it wherever you want to.

However, in order to give you a deeper and better assistance with your account, please reach out to our Customer Service team directly via the IMDb Contact Us Form.

In addition, please send us a screenshot before and after where it is requesting you to pay again and not letting you use the features.

Following up on this - I sent an email to the address you shared. There was no ability to attach an image and so I could not share my screen grabs.

It does not matter which credentials I use, I am unable to access the pro features.

Please help. I am under a deadline and this is incredibly frustrating.

You may have previously had access to some of these filters if you enrolled in the Discover beta but the beta period has now ended. If you require access to the filters, we offer a 30-day free trial of IMDbPro Discover to all current IMDbPro members with an individual standard membership in good standing.


In order to unlock access for the additional filter capabilities, you will require to add the Discover add-on.
