However your content of the emails are incorrect. At no stage was there activity on my account apart from using it when I was speaking to Amazon. I would like to speak with someone as currently this remains totally unsatisfactory

I have seen previous posts by yourself and colleagues where you have refunded subscriptions that were taken without authorisation. I kind ask someone to contact me to discuss the discrepancy. I repeat there has been no activity on this account as I have no use for it. Thanking you in advance.
