Error message
Hello. I got charged with a subscription after I had canceled it on my IMDB Pro account. I have been trying to email support for the last three days, but each time I try to send it, I get the pop-up "WE'RE SORRY. THERE WAS AN ERROR TRYING TO SEND YOUR E-MAIL. PLEASE REFRESH THE WHOLE PAGE OR TRY AGAIN IN A FEW MINUTES." There is no phone service, so I don't know who else to go to dispute this charge, other than my credit card company.

I have a question for support not addressed elsewhere. I have navigated through Help to where I can compose an email detailing my question. But when I hit "Send" it returns "There is an error. Try later or reload page and start over". I have tried repeatedly, both solutions, over several hours, all with the same result. Anyone else? Hi community,I am quite desperate right now. I was unable to cancel my free trial, and I just got this huge annual charge for the membership that I can't afford. I saw the charge right away and tried contacting customer service for a refund, but it's been giving me an error message, and I've been trying nonstop for the past day.
