Claimed account no longer accessible

Hey guys, so we had a former employee of our company handle one of our pages. They no longer work with the company and the account has expired. We have been trying to talk to IMDB to recover this page and claim it to a proper new account, however no response. Has anyone had this experience and how can we solve it??
