Charged for imdbpro.com

Hi,

 

I was charged this morning for my IMDB pro account. I thought I had cancelled this service around 10 days back. I guess that did not work out as I received a charge this morning and came and checked it only to find it active still. I had not received or notification prior to being charged. Please help as this is a lot of money, and I do not need any more struggle during this pandemic.

 

I have canceled my subscription immediately after I got charged and double-checked to make sure that it was indeed cancelled.

 

I would be more than happy to forgo the first month as a courtesy and would be indebted if I could receive a refund for the balance a few months.
