Active IMDb pro account online, but “inactive account” on the app
When I log into my IMDb pro account the website, I am able to access my account. However, when I try to log into my IMDb pro account in the app, it says “At this time, you do not have an active IMDb Pro membership.”
I’ve emailed the help center a number of times, and they only suggested my phone may not be updated enough, but I am on iOS 15.

It sounds like the issue you're experiencing on the app is due to potentially having two separate accounts you might be logging in with.
If you are already logged in when accessing the website, I recommend to visit your Account Settings page to confirm the Email address listed on your account. You can then log-in to the IMDbPro app on your mobile device with the same login credentials.
