Too many extra tags listed for titles.

A movie or TV Show basically have one or few main genres. However, for quite some time, there are many extra genre tags that should be keywords or listed separately are listed in the main genre section of a film. This is not only feeding unnecessary information but gets hard to filter out main genres in some titles. 

For example: 

Here the main genre should be horror, fantasy, mystery (according to how old IMDb worked) but not there are three extra genre tags. While helpful in some cases, but they can have other section like before how it used to? I don't remember for what TV series or Movie there were more than 10 tags associated with it. I will try to list it if I find it again. (Game of thrones and LOTR foe example have many extra tags like swords and sorcery.)

What was the reason for this change?
