Sound won't sync

The sound never sync's to any of the film I watch on IMDB....very annoying!!

3710x Roku device.....this is on the Amazon IMDB channel. I have spoken with Amazon and they currently have no answer....although they did make a trouble ticket for it. It only happens on that channel. No other streaming service has this issue. I also get buffering notices which stops the video for a minute or so.

While you're only experiencing this with the IMDb TV channel, the issue occurs only with a Roku device on the Prime Video app. Please wait for further follow-up from the Amazon representatives.
